What the app accesses

The app asks for two permissions, both of them needed for it to function as a camera:

• Camera — used solely to show the live preview and record video.
• Microphone — used solely to record audio as part of your video, while a recording is running.
• Photo Library — used solely to save the videos you record with the app.

Any of these permissions can be reviewed or withdrawn at any time in iOS Settings → Manual Focus VideoCam. The camera and microphone are used only while the app is open, and audio is captured only while a recording is running.

What happens to your recordings

Videos recorded with Manual Focus VideoCam are written directly to your device's photo library. They are not uploaded, copied, analysed or transmitted anywhere by this app.

If you have iCloud Photos enabled on your device, your photo library syncs to iCloud according to your own iOS and iCloud settings. That is a function of your device, not of this app, and it is governed by Apple's privacy policy rather than ours.

Data transmitted

None. The app sends no data to SuperAktiv AS or to any third party, and it contains no analytics, tracking, advertising or crash-reporting services.

In-app purchase

The app offers one optional in-app purchase, to remove the watermark from recordings. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your payment details, and the app records only whether the unlock is active on your Apple Account so that Restore Purchase can work.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date below. Substantive changes will also be reflected in the App Store privacy label.
